How do I join?
Add the membership to your cart and check out like any other purchase. After checkout you'll get an onboarding email that explains how to access your member benefits.
Is the membership fee a recurring charge?
Yes. Members pay $12 USD per year, and the membership auto-renews until you cancel. Cancel auto-renewal anytime in your account portal or through support@trueclassic.com. There are no termination fees or hidden costs, though all membership purchases are final. If canceled, your membership stays active through the current billing period.
Do I need to have an account?
Yes. You'll be prompted to create one at signup if you don't already have one. That's how you access your store credit, referral link, and membership settings.
Is there anywhere my benefits aren't valid?
Member discounts and free shipping can be used on our website and in our retail stores.
Accessing your benefits
My benefits aren't working — why?
Use the same email address you used to purchase your membership, and make sure you're signed in to that account.
How do I access my member-exclusive discounts?
They're auto-applied and visible at checkout — no code needed. Discounts only apply while you're signed in with your membership email.
How do I access my free shipping benefit?
Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout on U.S. orders.
How long does store credit last?
Store credit expires 180 days after you earn it.
How do I find my referral code?
Sign in, open the account menu in the top right, and select Insiders Club Membership. Your shareable referral link lives there.
Managing your membership
How can I cancel my membership?
Cancel from your account portal anytime, or contact support@trueclassic.com. There are no termination fees, but we don't refund or credit the membership cost. If canceled, your membership remains active through the current billing period, and unused credits expire after 12 months.
Can I pause my membership?
Not at this time — we don't support pausing or skipping. You can cancel and rejoin whenever you like.
How do I update my payment method?
You can update your payment method anytime from your account portal.
Can I return my membership or request a refund?
All membership purchases are final and can't be returned or refunded. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime from your account portal or by contacting support.
